Scope of Works

The Scope of Works rendered is included but not limited to the following :

• Assistance to various supplies in the countries of origin in respect todocumentation and coordination of cargo movements to the designated port of loading, if requested.
• Arange space booking with ocean carries for delivery within the given times schedule.
• Upon receipt of cargoes at he port of loading, check cargoes to assure correct marks and numbers, number of packaging and packing. In the even of cargo storage , damage or loss, shippers to be notified immediately.
• Provide supervision during the loading of cargoes at the port of loading.
• Prepare shipping document i.e ocean Bill of Lading and shipping advice.
• Distribute shipping documents in accordance with contractor's instruction shippers freight-rates with various carries for the most economic conditions.

Keep in constant contact with shippers/contractors and provide status report on all orders with the following information :

• Expected date of cargo readiness.
• Next shipping possibilities.
• Name of vessel.
• Estimate Time of Departure.
• Estimate time of Arrival.
• Preliminary cargo details.
• Other relevant information.
